Conditions of Booking
- All bookings are from day of arrival 2 p.m. to departure day 10 a.m.
- The tennant is held responsible for any loss of equipment or damage done during the tenancy.
- No larger number of persons than stated on the booking form are permitted in any Caravan. If in the opinion of Holmes Caravans any party guilty of behaviour or conduct prejudicial to well being of others, Holmes Caravans may re-take possesion of the accommodation immediately, without compensation to the party.
- If the balance of hiring is not received 42 days prior to the holiday we will assume that you do not want the accommodation which may be re-let.
- Holmes Caravans cannot accept liability for any personal injury, loss or damage, which may be sustained by the applicants.
- Holmes Caravans are unable to accept bookings for groups under the age of 21.
- Holmes Caravans are unable to accept pets.
- If you want to change your booking in any way, due to the extra amount of work involved, an amendment fee of £20 will be charged for each amendment or change to a confirmed booking.
- Payment can be made in full or by deposit of £50 per week to secure your holiday booking. Cheques should be made payable to Mrs. P. Holmes. We recommend you take out a holiday protection cancellation plan, which covers you or your holiday party if you have to cancel your holiday. No refund will be given on monies paid.
Retainer Deposit
In addition to the hire charges outlined in the brochure, there is a servicing and cleaning charge of £25 per caravan per booking. This is returnable and refundable by post if the caravan is left in a clean and serviceable condition without shortages, breakages or damage.
Electricity and gas are supplied FREE but does not include entertainment passes or access to facilities. Passes may be purchased through reception and are optional for families wishing to take full advantage of all facilities.
